First of all, welcome! Thanks for your interest in DailyPay!
Now the first step in signing up for DailyPay is ensuring that we are able to successfully connect you up to the profile information provided by your employer. You'll start this process on our signup page. This page will ask a few starting questions:
You begin the signup process from your email, phone number, or employee ID.
Note: if you sign up via your employee ID, you will want to make sure both it and your last name match exactly what is found on your paystub or employee self service portal.
If successfully matched with your profile information, the next page you'll see will ask you to verify your account. You'll do this by sending a link to the email address or phone number you just used in the first step.
If you used your employee ID in the first step, you'll instead verify your identity by uploading a copy of either your US government issued photo ID or a paystub that shows your full name, employer's name, and employee ID.
After verifying your identity successfully, you'll be taken to your new account!
Once you're in, feel free to subscribe to Balance Alerts to be notified each time your DailyPay Balance increases.
Entered your contact information, but can't connect up to your profile information?
It may be that your employer has different contact information on file for you. You can always re-try the signup process with a different email address or phone number if you think this may be the case.
