How do I withdraw from my savings?
You always have the option to move your Savings Vault back to your DailyPay Balance for immediate transfers for free. You can also turn off Automatic Savings (AutoSAVE) at any time so the amount you selected is no longer automatically reserved for pay day, depending on timing.
Empty Your Savings Vault (RoundupSAVE and DirectSAVE)
This will empty funds from your RoundupSAVE and DirectSAVE (Add to Savings) Savings Vault, causing them to return to the DailyPay Balance for free. You can then choose to transfer them early using a Now or Next Day transfer if you wish.
On the Home screen, scroll down to the Savings Allocation card. Select the "Return to Balance" blue link to withdraw everything saved from RoundupSAVE and DirectSAVE selections. If your savings spans more than one pay period, you will see "Return to balance" for each pay period. You will always return all of your savings from both RoundupSAVE and DirectSAVE actions at the same time.
Note: Automatic Savings (AutoSAVE) must be withdrawn using the method below instead.
Disabling Automatic Savings (AutoSAVE)
You may disable Automatic Savings feature at any time. Once you do, depending on timing, earnings that were set aside as Automatic Savings will reflect in your DailyPay Balance for early transfer.
To disable the Automatic Savings feature, navigate to Settings from the menu. Select "Automatic Savings", then select the "Clear" button.
Important Note: Depending on when you disable Automatic Savings (AutoSAVE), the money set to be saved may not appear in the DailyPay Balance. Not to worry, your funds will be sent in the appropriate paycheck on pay day, and future pay periods will not be impacted by Automatic Savings (AutoSAVE).
