Any payment showing as a "Remainder Payment pending" or " Credit Pending" status in your PAYTM or DailyPay statements is a payment that was successfully sent from your DailyPay account to your bank account on file. This payment is expected to arrive in your bank account no later than the end of business day on your regularly scheduled payday.
If you do not see this payment posted to your bank account by end of day on payday, you will first need to contact your bank to inquire whether there was a delay in the bank processing and posting the payment.
Unfortunatelly, DailyPay does not have insights into the timing regarding when a financial institution will post the payment. DailyPay cannot contact the receiving bank to inquire further.
Please contact your bank directly to learn more about why there is a delay in posting the payment DailyPay sent you.
If the receiving bank rejects the payment, it will be returned to your DailyPay account, and subsequently re-issued to you. It will take up to three business days for the bank to reject and return the payment. Not to worry, once this process is complete, DailyPay will be able to resend the payment to new banking information.
