There are a few situations where you may be asked to verify your identity through the Two-Factor Authentication system. This is done both as a security measure and to ensure we have the most up-to-date contact information in case we have to reach out.
One situation where you will need to verify through the Two-Factor Authentication system is when you attempt a transfer to a new debit card or bank account for the first time. Another would be when you add or update your phone number on file.
In either situation, you will receive a prompt to validate using a verification code sent to your phone. All you have to do is click the blue prompt “Send Verification Code.” Once you receive the verification code to the number you provided, enter that code into your account. By entering the code, you are verifying that the phone number, bank account, or debit card associated with your account is correct.
