How can I check my balance?

To check your balance, you can text “BALANCE” to 66867. We will check in real time and report back with your current balance!

***If you text the number and the attempt fails, please ensure you have Premium Text Services turned on in your mobile phone settings. Enabling this feature doesn't cost anything extra and it will allow you to text our new number.***

You may also subscribe to Balance Alert text messages or emails to be automatically notified when your Available Balance updates. To do so, please log into your account and click on Account Settings option in the drop down on the right hand side. Once you are in Account Settings, navigate down to ‘Notification Preferences’ section and turn on notification “Text me when my balance goes up”/”Email me when my balance goes up”. Once you have enabled notifications, you will receive automated updates.
