How do I update my Notification Preferences?

You can easily update your subscription to all correspondence, you receive in regards to your account, in one place. Just click here, or log into your account and click on the Account Settings in the drop down list on the right-hand side of the home screen. In the new screen that opens, navigate to Notifications Preferences and select which notifications you would like to receive.

In the Notification Preferences section, you will be able to subscribe to Balance Alert emails or text messages to be automatically notified when your Available Balance updates. Once you have enabled notifications, “Text me when my balance goes up” or ”Email me when my balance goes up”, you will receive automated updates.
