To request a Next business day payment, you will need to log into your account and initiate the transfer.
Once you log into your account, you will see a PAYTM and your available balance. You may choose to transfer the entire balance, or request a part of the available balance by choosing the amount you would like to transfer. After you choose your amount, you will need to click 'next' and select whether you want it sent as an instant payment or as a next business-day payment.
When requesting a Next business day payment, make sure to do so before 5:30pm EST, or that payment won't get sent out until the following night.
For example, a Next business day payment requested after 5:30pm EST on Tuesday, will not be sent out until Wednesday night, posting to your bank account Thursday morning.
Payments requested before 5:30pm EST will post to your bank account the next business day.
Please note, Next business day payments will NOT post to your bank account on weekends and holidays due to bank closures.
For example, a Next business day payment requested after 5:30pm EST on Thursday, will not be sent out until Friday night, posting to your bank account Monday morning.
